ROOF REPLACEMENT

Insta-Group was appointed at a college following a fire that resulted in significant damage to the roof and various parts of the premises. An on-site assessment was conducted and competitive quotations were obtained by our team for the replacement of the roof and the restoration of all impacted areas within the college. A detailed damage report was compiled after a thorough assessment to document the extent of the devastation.

After much consideration, the insurance company decided to settle the claim with a cash-in-lieu payment, allowing the college to proceed with repairs independently.
